9.30 am Strength and stability: A technique based class, you learn to move your across different ranges of movement. This is followed by a 10 min high intensity workout.
6.00pm Teen Fitness (13-17 years): This class is about learning. We cover technique from various different aspects of strength and fitness: Kettle bell, Lifting weights, Body weight exercise, Pull ups, Some basic gymnastic moves, Conditioning. The cost is 10 e per session or 35e per calendar month. This is not a drop in session, by previous agreed appointment only!
7pm ( 7.15 from July -10 sept) Tabata training: A 30 min , high intensity interval training class. Not suitable for absolute beginners.
Tuesday's
6pm - Kids Bootcamp (6-12 years): This class is about get your kids moving. Running, jumping, catching, throwing , playing games and having fitness fun. Cost 10 e per session. This is not a drop in session, by previous agreed appointment only!
7 pm - Pure strength: We learn to lift bar bells and weights, such as deadlifts, squats, pull ups and shoulder press. A disciplined class were the goal is to be stronger by and lean!
Wednesday's
9.30 am - Combination Class: includes strength, mobility, core work and cardio. Every class is different and will offer different fitness challenges.
Thursday's

7pm - Mixed Circuits Class - 45 mins: We use equipment such as kettle bell and free weights, as well as lots of body weight moves and cardio .
Friday's
9.30 - Get Fitter: 30 mins of true abs training, 30 mins of conditioning circuits.
